With 20 years of total real estate experience James has appraised a wide range of properties including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, land and development sites. His clients include national, regional, and local financial institutions, investors and developers, trust and estate attorneys and government agencies.

With 20 years of total real estate experience James has appraised a wide range of properties including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, land and development sites. His clients include national, regional, and local financial institutions, investors and developers, trust and estate attorneys and government agencies.
Before launching Next Valuation, James was the Chief Appraiser at Bowery Valuation. Prior to this he was a VP at CBRE and he started his appraisal career at Miller Cicero in NYC where he specialized in the valuation of affordable housing. Prior to appraising he was as an associate broker at the Corcoran Group.
James holds an MAI designation from the Appraisal institute and is licensed in CA, CT, DC, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, OR, PA and WA.

Sherif is a certified general appraiser with 20+ years of valuation experience. He has valued multifamily, retail, office, industrial, land and new developments. He is a specialist in the appraisal of luxury residential real estate nationwide. Sherif has performed appraisal reviews of in-house and third-party appraisal reports. During

During his career he has mentored over a dozen trainee appraisers across the US. He holds the MAI and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute and is licensed in FL, MA, NJ, NY and PA.
