James Dunne, MAI
Founder and Chief Appraiser
Before launching Next Valuation, James was the Chief Appraiser and COO at Bowery Valuation where he helped to launch the company and grow the business, managing the appraisal team as it grew to over 100 people across six offices servicing all 50 states.
Prior to Bowery, James was a VP at CBRE where he appraised a wide range of assets including multifamily, retail, office, industrial properties and development sites.
James started his appraisal career at Miller Cicero in New York City where he specialized in the valuation of affordable housing. Prior to appraising he worked as an associate broker at the Corcoran Group.
James' clients include national, regional, and local financial institutions, property investors and developers, trust and estate attorneys and government agencies.
James has been appraising commercial real estate for 15 years and working in real estate for over 20 years. He is a Certified General Appraiser licensed in 10 states and holds an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
